supervision of a physician. At Ritz Laser & Skin

are licensed professionals. It is Ritz’s goal to ensure
patient comfort and satisfaction with treatment results.
Kathleen Buschmann, RN, BA, CCM, is a laser specialist and CEO
of Ritz Laser & Skin Care Center. She founded the company
in September 2002. Based on her experience as a clinical nurse
specialist with Candela Laser Corporation, where she trained
hundreds of physicians, nurses and other staff members in the
use of lasers, she has learned first hand what treatment methods
are truly effective and which provide lasting satisfaction.
Kathy has built her practice on that information, choosing to
install three unique Candela lasers.
Licensed estheticians on staff to provide detailed skin analysis
& individualized skin care treatments.
Dr. Maya evaluates treatment plans, orders all necessary
medications and is available if complications arise.
